Our story began in April 2020 when our family purchased the restaurant during the COVID pandemic. Opening and running a small business during such an uncertain time was not easy, but the incredible support from our local community helped us keep going.
Over the years, The Press HMB has grown into more than just a cafe. It has become a place where neighbors, families, and visitors gather to enjoy fresh food, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Today, the restaurant continues as a family-run business, now owned and operated by Johan and Melina, the next generation of the family. We are proud to carry forward the same values that have guided The Press HMB from the beginning: great food, warm hospitality, and a deep appreciation for the community that supports us.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported The Press HMB and helped make it part of this wonderful town.
